  • After you’ve browsed our inventory, we hope you've found a piece of furniture or tabletop collection that you love!

    Next step is putting the items you’re interested in into your Wishlist. Don’t forget to select the date and time of the rentals. We always suggest at least 4 hours prior to your event start time.

    Once you’ve added your items, fill in the other necessary information and submit it to us.

    We will review your submission and reach out with next steps!

  • After we review your wishlist for availability, we will send you a quote, contract and invoice. We require 50% to secure your items and a signed contract.

    The invoice will contain both a refundable damage deposit as well as a non-refundable security deposit.

    The remaining 50% is due 7 days prior to your event.

  • We do not have minimums on our rentals and depending on the size of your order, the service fees may not seem economical. Although, after we deliver your order and unpack where needed, we return to pick it up so you don't have to worry about it.

    Also, please keep in mind our tablescape collections are capped at 20 people to maintain a true intimate experience.

  • We offer both, delivery and pickup. However, pickup is determined on a case by case basis.

    The delivery cost is based on location and our delivery fees start at $75.

    Overnight traveling will incur additional costs such as accommodations and other expenses.

  • Our tabletop collections are meant to be a party-in-a-box! While we do our best to provide every item photographed, we know things happen and it may be substituted at our discretion.

  • As a Texas implant, it didn’t take long to realize what “Texas weather” meant!

    Any items booked prior to your event date, will remain booked as we do not offer refunds in the case of inclement weather. If there is a case of Texas weather on your event date, we will work with your event manager on alternative options.

  • No cleaning necessary. We just ask that you rinse the food and drink off and out of the tabletop collections rentals before placing them back into the crates.

  • Yellow Velvet Co. is an intimate event rental business. While our furniture pieces can be used for larger scaled events, our tabletop collections are only for events with less than 20 guests. So think, rehearsal dinners, intimate and micro weddings, elopements, private dinners, etc.

  • All the time! Sign up for our mailing list to be notified when new items are added!

  • Yes! And these can be added to your tabletop collections rental! If you have a project coming up, I'd love to be apart of it - let's chat! I love asymmetrical, wild, and colorful designs. I use both foam and non-foam solutions to bring your vision to life!

  • YVC only offers floral design for small weddings and events (< 50 guests), branded shoots, or personals (home, office, etc.). If this is something you're looking for, fill out our contact form and we'll get back to you!

  • Yes, $1000.

  • I may love silk more than fresh bc the designs and flower life cycle is unlimited. However, fresh flowers hold a special place in my heart. Just keep in mind, in general silks can be and typically are just as expensive, if not more, as fresh florals.
